Corporate Attire

All locations, unless they are listed under the public bar locations, require staff to wear corporate attire for their shifts.

Duty Managers, Bar and Function Supervisors, Bar Staff, Food and Beverage Attendants, Door Attendants, Gate Staff, Ticketing Staff, Temp HR Assistants,  TAB Operators

• Black Dress Pants or Black Knee Length Skirt or longer (No jeans/denim or leggings to be worn)
• Black Fully Enclosed Shoes
• Uniform Shirt will be supplied by Darwin Turf Club for each shift
• Minimal Jewellery
• A Sponsors uniform maybe supplied & required on shift
• All Darwin Turf Club items such as Bar Blades, Pens, Shirts, Aprons etc must be returned at the end of each shift

Public Bar Attire

The following bars/work locations are public bars – Ted D’Ambrosio Inside & Outside, Village Bar 1, Betting Ring Public Bar, Silks and Saddles Bar, Gate Bar, Trackside.

Duty Managers, Bar and Function Supervisors, Bar Staff, Stock Controllers, Stackers, Runners in the following bars & Cloakroom Attendants

• Black Tailored Dress Shorts, Clean Black Jeans or Denim or knee length dress skirt (No leggings to be worn)
• Runners
• Uniform Shirt will be supplied by Darwin Turf Club for each shift
• Minimal Jewellery
• A Sponsors uniform maybe supplied & required on shift
• All Darwin Turf Club items such as Bar Blades, Pens, Shirts, Aprons etc must be returned at the end of each shift

Kitchen and Kiosk

Chefs

• Check Chef Pants (No shorts and skirts)
• White or Black Chef Jacket
• Own Knives
• Steel Capped Boots
• Minimal Jewellery – NO Stones

Kitchenhands and Kiosk Staff

• Black Pants or black jeans (No Shorts or skirts)
• Plain Black Polo Shirt or T-Shirt
• Closed in Shoes – preferably black
• Minimal Jewellery – NO Stones

Clean Up Crew/Grounds Staff

Clean Up Crew

• Runners or closed in shoes – no thongs or sandals
• Work Shorts, Board Shorts or similar – No cut off denim shorts
• Polo shirt and hat supplied
• Hat, gloves and sunscreen supplied by Darwin Turf Club

Tradesman

• Steel Capped Boots or Closed in shoes must be worn at all times (No Thongs)
• Work Shorts
• Polo shirt and hat supplied
• Qualifications to be supplied

Grounds Staff

• Steel Capped Boots or Closed in shoes must be worn at all times (No Thongs)
• Work Shorts
• Polo shirt and hat supplied
