The Darwin Turf Club is pleased to announce one of Australia’s largest corporate bookmakers Sportsbet as the naming rights sponsor of the 2021 Darwin Turf Club Gala Ball.

“We are very excited to make this announcement today, and look forward to the beginning of a long relationship for this iconic event,” Mr Morgan said.
“The Sportsbet Darwin Turf Club Gala Ball is not only synonymous with the carnival but is without doubt the highlight event on the Territory’s social calendar”
The importance of the announcement was also echoed by Darwin Turf Club chairman Brett Dixon with the partnership demonstrating not only a strong commitment to the Great Northern Darwin Cup Carnival, but also emphasises the wider importance of announcements such as this in regards to the wider community.
“Sportsbet are big supporters of a number of events in the Territory, and we are thrilled to be the next event they’ve chosen to partner,” Mr Dixon said.
“It’s not just a sign of confidence in us, but it’s a sign of confidence that the Territory is worth investing in, which we believe is a significant element to this agreement.”
Sportsbet government relations manager NT Brad Fanning said the corporate bookmaker jumped at the opportunity to sponsor such a high-profile event.
