NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Darwin Turf Club will be held in the Level One, Grandstand at Darwin Turf Club on Monday, 17 May 2021 at 7.15pm.

  4. Chairman’s Report
  5. Receiving the 2020 Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account and Treasurer’s Reports for the 12 month period 01 January 2020 to 31 December 2020
  6. Election of Auditor for Ensuing Year
  7. Election of Club Patron for Ensuing Year
  8. Election of Board. Four (4) vacancies: Three (3) as a result of retirement by rotation, and one (1) further vacancy.

Nominations for election to Board close at 5.00pm Monday, 03 May 2021. Application forms with conditions for nomination are available from the DTC Administration Building during office hours.
Written Notices of Motion must be received by 5.00pm Monday, 03 May 2021.
Only Financial Members, Members for Life, and Life Members are eligible to vote.
