Track & Stabling Maintenance Hand

Do you love working outdoors, hands-on with machinery, and being part of a team that keeps racing safe and world-class? We’re looking for a Track & Stabling Maintenance Hand to help us keep our racecourse, stables, grounds buildings and equipment in top condition.

This role is all about variety – no two days look the same. From mowing lawns and repairing stables to operating tractors and setting up for race days, you’ll play a key part in making sure everything runs smoothly on and off the track.

With a diverse calendar of race days and special events throughout the year, there’s often an opportunity to get involved — especially during our busiest period in June, July and August, when we host the iconic Great Northern Darwin Cup Carnival.

This 8-day celebration is the highlight of Darwin’s social and sporting calendar, and we’re always seeking motivated individuals to join us in both day and evening roles. Positions regularly include:

• Bar and Wait Staff
• Bar Stock Runners
• Gates and Ticketing Staff
• Clean Up Crew
• Tracks and Ground Maintenance
• TAB Operators
