The race that stops nation, the Melbourne Cup, will be celebrated at the Darwin Turf Club as we continue the festivities of 2019 Spring Racing season. There will be local racing on the track and the interstate races on the super screens! There are very limited hospitality options available, ensure you book to avoid missing out!

Ted Bailey Grandstand Luncheon

Enjoy a 3-course luncheon in the comfort of the air conditioning, overlooking Fannie Bay Race Course’ finish line.

Your lunch will include:

Reserved seating, tables of six (6)
3 Course Luncheon, served from 1pm
Cash bar for drinks
Race book

Non-Members: $90 per person

What To Wear

Entry to general admission areas of the race course requires guests to be neatly dressed. Footwear and a shirt must be worn at all times. Members’ dress standards apply to the Ted Bailey Grandstand and Sid Parker Verandah/Members Club House.

Transport

The racecourse is approximately a 7 minute drive from the CBD. There are a number of transport options available to our valued patrons.

Where To Eat

There is an array of dining options at the Darwin Turf Club, from a 3 course luncheon in the Ted Bailey Grandstand on Race Days, to a casual bite to eat in our trackside favourite Ted’s Bar.
