All media personnel must request access to the Darwin Turf Club through the use of this form and may access the ground via the Darwin Turf Club Administration Office Only.
The applicant(s) names above are granted revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferrable right to access the racecourse at the date and time listed above.
Each applicant will be issued with an accreditation pass which must be worn at all times whilst on course.
The applicant(s) named above must not use, or authorise the use of images or footage in a derogatory manner including material distortion, mutilation, material alteration or prejudicial treatment.
Only production staff, reporters and those members of media who are actively working for the above mentioned media organisation on the day are granted access.
The applicant(s) named above access the course at their own risk and release the Darwin Turf Club, sponsors, promoters, land owners, venues, their servants, officials, representatives and agents from all liability how so ever arising from except prohibited by law.
The applicant(s) named above must abide by directions given by a member of staff of the Darwin Turf Club and/or Thoroughbred Racing Northern Territory management and officials whilst on course.
The Darwin Turf Club reserves the right to remove person(s) from areas where by the access pass is being used outside of duties and obligations sanctioned by the organisation they represent.
Access is not permitted to the following areas without prior approval: Wood Lounge, Committee Room, Sid Parker Members Club House and the Mounting Yard.
