What’s On
On the track
As the Carnival builds to a crescendo, Day 6 features the $40,000 Darwin Corporate Park Cup (1300m) for the 0-76 gallopers. The six-race Wednesday card is always well attended, and is the entrée to two enormous days of racing on the final weekend of the Great Northern Darwin Cup Carnival. For some, it may be their last start in the Top End, and for others, perhaps a lead-up to a race on either of the last two days.
Off the track
A fun relaxed day of racing before the curtain is raised on Darwin’s biggest weekend. Stars of the sport will be on course ahead of appearances at the Let’s Talk Racing Luncheon on Thursday 1st August. The day is capped off with live music on the lawns after the last race.
