The three-year-olds take the spotlight in the feature HOT100 Darwin Guineas regarded as one of the blue ribbon events for the class. The victor of the Guineas will claim the vital 1st leg of the $100,000 Ladbrokes Triple Crown bonus.

Get down to the Hot 100 Guineas Day for the curtain raiser of the Carlton Mid Darwin Cup Carnival where you can write your own adventure!

Head down to the Pearl Bar, and be seen against a stunning backdrop enjoying the best drinks of the dry. Fancy a Pimms or maybe a Frozé? The Pearl Bar also has a range of beers matched with gourmet snacks.

Catch live acoustic music on the HOT 100 stage and dance on the lawns after the races .

Perhaps you may even see a horse?

So what’s the catch? None! This is free to anyone on course… entry is only $20 or $15 for concession.

Enjoy birds-eye views over the winning post, race  course and mounting yard in the fully air conditioned Ted Bailey Grandstand. Luncheon Includes

The Pearl Bar

A Champagne Style Garden Bar popping up over Carnival. The Pearl Bar is free to all with general admission from Hot 100 Darwin Guineas through to Darwin Corporate Park Race Day.
On Hot 100 Guineas Day the crew from Hot 100 will be broadcasting from this stunning location.
Catch live music on the HOT 100 stage and dance on the lawns after the races.

What to Wear

Entry to general admission areas of the race course requires guests to be neatly dressed. Footwear and a shirt must be worn at all times. Members' dress standards apply to the Ted Bailey Grandstand and Sid Parker Verandah/Members Club House.


The racecourse is approximately a 7 minute drive from the CBD. There are a number of transport options available to our valued patrons.

Where to Eat

There is an array of dining options at the Darwin Turf Club, from a 3 course luncheon in the Ted Bailey Grandstand on Race Days, to a casual bite to eat in our trackside favourite Ted's Bar.
