The Darwin Turf Club will launch the search for the 2019 Darwin Cup Carnival Ambassador tomorrow.
Not simply just the face of the iconic Darwin Cup Carnival, the Ambassador’s role is to raise the profile of the Northern Territory’s largest social and sporting event on a local, national and international stage.
The 2019 Darwin Cup Carnival Ambassador will receive unmatched exposure through media outlets; get to wear the most sought after fashions, professional experience in modeling and networking opportunities that you won’t get anywhere else.
“The Darwin Turf Club is seeking an outgoing and confident personality to really embrace the opportunity that the role presents” said the Chief Executive Officer, Keith Stacy.
“The position is like no other in Darwin, it affords the Ambassador the chance to raise their public profile and that of the Carnival through various, photo shoots, media interviews, race day presentations and social events,” he said.
The appointed Darwin Cup Carnival Ambassador is lucky enough to be styled by a professional stylist, with the intention of showcasing the skilled labourers of the Northern Territory fashion Industry. This includes Millinery, Designer Outfits and Accessories that the NT is known for.
The Darwin Cup Carnival Ambassador is also appointed a make-up and hair stylist for each event.
The online applications will close the 29th of November, 2018 at 5pm.
